Grant rate is grants ÷ decisions, as published by Home Affairs for 2025-Q2. Australia does not release refusal counts by citizenship, so no count is shown or reconstructed. Home Affairs names about fifteen citizenships; the rest sit in an "other countries" bucket we do not attribute to anyone.
